I'm Steven & plenty of you probably know me. I ran Fstop Lights for years from the good old Jurong days, to the small shop near NEX and finallly to the office in Kovan, sourcing products, managing suppliers, understanding what customers actually need versus what sounds good on paper. Running a business grounds you in a way most agents aren't: I understand how money works, how to read a deal, and how to tell when something is wrong before you're committed to it.

And to those of you who value our relationship and our whole journey throughout, thanks for sticking with me through it. However, our journey always evolves as we get older. Fstop Lights will still run as an e-commerce outfit but on a smaller scale. Now back to the pivot. 

I specialise in private/landed properties, as well as helping people throughout their upgrading journey from HDB to condo to landed. We operate under Landmark Homes (under Propnex) alongside my partner Diana, who is also a licensed agent. Two people thinking about your deal: not just one opening a door and collecting commission.
